Purchase Conditions & Returns


Free Worldwide delivery on orders over 30€

Worldwide delivery is free for all orders over 30€. 

If the order sum is less than 30€, the shipping cost is 3€. The orders are shipped with registered, priority Lithuanian Post services. The tracking number is given to every made purchase and the orders can be tracked at http://www.post.lt/en/help/parcel-search. Usually the parcel travels 1-2 weeks within the EU and 2-3 weeks to other worldwide countries. All the information regarding the shipping policy you can be found at http://www.post.lt/en

Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact day delivery for Highlands, Islands and other hardly reachable parts of the world. If you have not received your Item in the indicated time, always check for your Item at your local Post office with the given tracking number. 

The order is usually held only one month at the local post offices and if no one is claiming for it the order is shipped back. 


2.1 Returns

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you to replace or refund the items provided that the products are returned in acceptable condition.

You will have to pay the shipment cost for the return of the products (standar delivery costs).

2.2 Condition of products returned

To be eligible for refund or replacement products returned to us must be in acceptable condition. This means that the items must be whole, unused, undamaged and with the original packaging.

2.3 Refunds

If you are eligible for refund, we will refund the sum paid on the credit card used for payment or to your Paypal account. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes of your credit card or Paypal account details. Usually the refund request is processed in 5-7 business days from receipt of the returned items.

You can check the status of your refund in Your Account. If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance at info@ba4u.eu.

2.4 Cancellations

You can cancel your order with us at any time before the order has been shipped and you were informed about the shipment of the order by e-mail.  

Please notify us with regards to the cancellation of the order in writing by e-mail to info@ba4u.eu, indicating your name, address and order number.


3.1 Faulty product

We take quality control very seriously but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please notify us by emailing to info@ba4u.eu within 14 days of the delivery of the order.

Please return the products to us following our returns instructions, detailed under section 3.5. “Returns procedure” bellow, so that we can verify the fault. 

We will then either:

  • replace with the same item;
  • refund in line with our refund policy.

If the goods are found to be faulty, we will also refund your returns costs (standard delivery costs). Please send us the receipt of the return shipment expenses incurred by e-mail to info@ba4u.eu.  

3.2 Items damaged during delivery

Our products are packed with care and consideration. We're well practiced in sending collars so it rarely gets damaged during the shipment. In the unlikely event that this does happen you will need to provide us with the following information by email to info@ba4u.eu, within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. 1.Photographic evidence of the damaged product, making the quantity and product itself clear;
  2. 2.Your order number;
  3. 3.Details of the product names and quantities damaged;
  4. 4.Whether you would like to replace the items or to get a refund.

 If the damage is verified we will either:

  • replace with the same item;
  • refund in line with our refund policy.

You do not need to return the items damaged during the delivery and in case of replacement with the same items you will not be charged for the shipping costs. 

3.3 Wrong item delivered

If we supply you with the incorrect item you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The products shall be returned to us in line with our returns instructions, detailed under section 3.5. ‘Returns procedure’ bellow. 

Once we have received the goods and we confirm that it is in fact an incorrect item we will either:

  • replace with the correct item;
  • refund in line with our refund policy.

3.4 Extra items delivered

If we supply you with extra items that means it is a free gift from us!

3.5 Returns procedure

For all returns, except where the item is faulty (section 3.1) or we have delivered the wrong item (section 3.3) you will be required to pay the shipping expenses for the return of the products (standard delivery costs). 

To return any products to us, please inform us by e-mail at info@ba4u.eu indicating your order number, the items and their quantity which you would like to return and whether you would like a refund or exchange the items. Attach the printed e-mail and your delivery note to the parcel and send it back to:
